Repair and Return Services

We provide an expert global repair service for a wide range of multi-vendor network equipment, offering significant annual savings and fast turnaround times for regular, high-volume repairs. Our repair service covers fixed and mobile equipment across the installed network estate including access, transmission, switching, RAN, microwave and CPE hardware. Our telecom repair service starts with having a sound knowledge of the operation of the equipment in scope.
Our engineers have many years’ experience working across all of the main disciplines including optical, IP and radio (for both microwave and RAN technologies), as well as specializing in power equipment. As part of our initial Repair program for any customer, first and foremost we create ted-Bed/Jigs that enable our team to test equipment completely in the repair lab itself. The set up as closely as possible to the customer’s environment. This allows the appropriate diagnosis of the faults prior to the repair taking place. Post repair intervention, the card can then be retested to ensure that it is functioning as expected.

While stocking warranty support inventory it is essential to have experience in understanding of handling sophisticated telecommunication products, its environment i.e. humidity, storage temperature, racking and tagging of inventory and a robust inventory management systems. At the same time, it is also very important to understand logistics channels, distances to deliver spares on time.
